A lot of overtime. Not many industry experts, a couple engineers seem to run the show. Lower than average pay. Management tells you there's a lot of potential there, but the only way to get a decent pay increase is to get an offer from another firm. Must take on a lot of responsibilities outside your discipline to perform well. Manipulative management. Dirty and run-down environment.
