      Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the Company policies are good, appraisals are fair, the management is so supportive here. Here the employees are treated as family members. If you want to really grow in your career then JSR is the best platform.

      Pros

      There is nothing good about working with a fake company.

      Cons

      He doesn’t share any information about the company and the terms and conditions of employment in written. He keeps on changing the terms and conditions and also does not give salary on time and sometimes doesn’t pay at all. The company is not even registered, he provides you with gst number as the proof of company registration.
