Location: most of my colleagues were residing in New Mumbai area, nowhere else can you find such a location to stay while working in steel manufacturing.

Internal Politics in play at the time of quarterly appraisal, though I never faced it myself but a few colleagues complained about it.
No meritocracy: The promotions take place just like in PSU's. You'll be promoted to next level no matter what in 3-4 years. There is no place for meritocracy.
