Toxic and Hostile workplace! - Anonymous employee JSX Employee Review

The culture has completely took a turn for the worse! The CEO is completely toxic and hostile. He is a tyrant and has outburst after outburst at anyone that gets in his way. The favoritism and blatant nepotism in the workplace is out of control. The finance, HR and commercial departments are ridiculous. HR is so untrustworthy and manipulative, especially the HR Manager in Las Vegas. And the recruitment team is a complete joke! Finance dictates everyones pay increases and favors their department over anyone else's when it comes to pay and policies. The whole company is just spiraling out of control. Run as fast as you can from this company!
