      None; old people gossiping about anything and everyone in the workplace and outside workplace. Horrible

      Toxic; I don’t know any word more fitting than toxic and disgusting. A bunch of old people gossiping and talking behind everyone’s back. Your coworker will snitch on you about anything. It’s like living inside a nonstop rumor mill that feeds on every little mistake.

      There are no pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism at this company. I am sure that once upon a time, they cared for their employees. However, the bigger and more profitable they get, the more greedy they are. I saw and experienced mistreatment through my time at JTB. If you have other options, I would explore those and avoid this company.
