There is a shared ownership scheme which pays out after a certain number of years. This is their USP but hardly worth it if you consider your experience as a whole.
Cons
Very cheap company, benefits are soso and you can definitely get better benefits elsewhere. The culture within the London office is quite poor and is very bureaucratic and disorganised. Polices and general processes are not communicated well and is not maintained and extremely disorganised. Management is extremely poor and changes happen in a very slow haphazard fashion. Progression is not clear and opportunities to progress is not consistent and definitely is based on favouritism. Mistreatment of staff is an ongoing issue and often overlooked. Management also desperately need diversity, equity and inclusion training. Not the best place to work, please avoid, or if you must, get some experience and promptly leave.
