Pros
Best hotel work experience of my life. The Front Office management & supervisors are phenomenal (particularly Kai!) and create a very positive, supportive, and fun environment. Amazing, professional co-workers made coming to work a joy each day. Miss this property and the people tremendously.
Cons
Connected to a casino, some unsavoury visitors, Westpark valets on the front driveway are transient and for the most part, lack focus and are not in tune with JW standards.
