Pros

Most staff are friendly, and have good attitude towards work, and are willing to help newer or inexperienced staff. The company has a fairly high standard of cleanliness

Cons

A complete lack of training of any kind, new employees are either left to learn on there own or taught skills by other employees who have also had no training, leading to a confusion of responsibilities. . Non-management employees are consistently given management level responsibilities, such as training new employees. The company has taken strides to be much safer for its employees but standards are still far below a respective level, with faulty old warehouse equipment, forklift operators working without licenses, and a complete lack of first aid trained staff. You may also find yourself enlisted to a "health and safety committee" without any notice which doesn't carry any responsibilities. Advancement in the company is very unlikely, with no internal job postings, after years of employment they still prefer to higher new employees rather than train existing ones. It is also highly unlikely you will receive feedback from management as, communication between staff and management ends with sales goals, generally in the negative of poor sales and rarely in the positive of good sales.
