Best work place for new graduate or interns to learn from senior engineer. Participated in several project during the three months intern, co-workers are very friendly, and there may be a 1 day payed vacation for each team after a big project.

Work overtime is very common in this company, because we are only given few months to work on 1 project, therefore everyone are working under a lot of pressure.

Projects are numerous and abundant. （For students to gain more experience）

Workflow is not efficient. Uncertain working hours.
