      Pros

      The partners are open to opportunities for innovation and growth, which is pretty uncommon in the industry. It makes you feel like you’re actually contributing and building something vs just being a cog in a faceless business. Highly recommend the firm.

      Cons

      The free snacks can sometimes get old since they’re consistently the same things, but, then again, they’re free.

      Local offices to build culture and team. Other locations help with work load. Very flexible with schooling and will to help your future self

      Pros

      Good opportunity to grow as a young professional. Very laid back culture, great for families. Lots of room to move up quickly and do all sorts of different projects. Leaders will let you design and flourish if you have the capability.

      Cons

      Not so much room for long-term partnership. Mentorship lacks a bit. No one will teach you, you just need to learn it yourself.
