1. Lack of strong management for the Company's direction. 2. No perks. 3. Unstructured organisation and no open communication among management and the employees.

Made some friends for life, a nice buzz in the office until structure was changed yet again.

Make redundancies left right and centre. Never felt safe. Awful management. No communication when people join or leave. No structure. No bonuses. No rewards.
