Pros
The CEO Ms Jessica Ang really cares for her staff, would celebrate all the staff's birthdays, bring them on company trips and company meals.
Cons
As a contract staff I was not given many things to do initially, though gradually I was given a lot of responsibilities as the boss trusted my capabilities. Some company politics but that is inevitable at every work place.
