      Very friendly environment; sr leadership appears to be genuinely concerned about their people

      Cons

      Not the best industry to be in right now. Too many highly paid contractors; my understanding is that employee pay is low

      Good environment, supportive management, respectful of personal time.

      Cons

      Unfortunately they are going through a CEO change, and with the current interim CEO, layoffs had happened.
