Pros

A Culture of Improvement: We focus on "surgery over band-aids," looking for long-term solutions to challenges rather than quick fixes. Dedicated Professionals: You’ll work alongside a team that is passionate about high standards and supporting one another. A Shared Mission: We are actively evolving our processes—from recruitment to internal culture—to ensure every employee feels valued and supported in their role. Regional Leadership: We take pride in being a staple of the Neenah and Appleton business community, constantly striving to lead our industry by example.

Cons

Operational Demands: As a major service provider in the area, the schedule can be rigorous, requiring a team that is resilient and capable of handling evolving priorities in real-time.

Pros

I don't quite know what to put for Pros. Friendly to your face?

Cons

Complete lack of communication from the top down; severe lack of professionalism and urgency. Does not keep work during work hours and expects you to be "grateful" for the opportunity to work past your end time, before your start time, holidays and weekends. Continuously chooses to hire underperformers while increasing hours with little to no notice.
