Pros
-Great benefits package that included 3 weeks of PTO after the first year, yearly performance bonuses, profit sharing and up to 6% salary 401k match. In some years, the extras could add up to more than 15% on top of one's salary. -Exposure to emerging technologies and automation. -Great work/life balance. -Relaxed atmosphere. -Nice co-workers and people in general.
Cons
-Communication silos within IT departments -Not a lot of upward mobility if you're not "in" with the upper management team. -Outsourced most of the IT infrastructure/support to India, possibly to get the company ready for sale. However, they at least gave a year's notice, which in my opinion is more than fair.
