Pros

-A majority of the people are really lovely and have the best intentions. -Although this has changed recently due to the pandemic, the benefits are still pretty good. -If you are strictly PR or want to be an account person (and are white), this is the place for you - and I mean that sincerely.

Cons

-Really embarrassing lack of diversity for a company that's been headquartered in Atlanta for 25+ years. On top of that, the minorities within the organization are typically left with the burden of educating the other employees on what is okay and what is not from a racial perspective. -Extremely political and how far you make it depends on how close you are to certain members of the ET. There have been numerous times where certain employees get exuberant raises while others continue to make very little and it is all dependent on how well you "play the game." -There is very little opportunity to grow within creative, digital, and any other department that isn't directly related to PR or account partnership.
