There is a noticeable disconnect between executive leadership and the realities faced by employees across the system. Morale has declined significantly due to inconsistent communication, favoritism in leadership dynamics, lack of accountability at the top levels, and an organizational culture where concerns are often ignored instead of addressed constructively. Many talented employees have left, and institutional knowledge continues to be lost. Professional growth and innovation are discussed frequently but are not consistently supported in practice. Employees are expected to adapt to shifting priorities without sufficient transparency, collaboration, or operational stability.
