Everything has been great and the co-workers are fantastic

Would like better pay but I can't complain

The schedule was good, being 4 days on 3 days off one week, then 3 days on 4 days off the next week. They are 12-hour shifts, so every other week, I was getting 8 hours of overtime pay.

My manager was not willing to work with me regarding my pay. It was sometimes not the best environment to be around and some of the staff was not capable of dealing with certain situations. There should be more diversity within the team.
