Pros
A perfect company for intermediate and seasoned T-shaped marketers. Great opportunity to work with companies of all sizes – from SMBs to Fortune 500s. The company has seen a ton of growth in the past 3 years and it doesn't look like it will stop growing in the near term. You can really play to your strengths at Jade Orchard and highlight what you do best. Therefore, if you have an affinity towards SEO, then your role would skew more towards SEO. They will give you all the tools and hardware you need to be successful at your position. I've asked for a standup desk, fatigue mat, computer peripherals, software, etc.
Cons
Standard employee benefits. Not a company for individuals that are not willing to self-educate.
