They do have a very good international office environment compared to most of the architectural offices in Shenzhen. The senior staff is very polite and resourceful towards their new junior architects - especially their Bulgarian foreign employee.

Very demanding design direction with limited freedom of design as junior architect. However, I learned a lot of building systems and 3d modeling.

I came across this website and was amazed by the fake,not true and previously wrong comments. I work at this company for almost 7 years and I can honestly tell that this company is a fantastic place for every young and ambitious architect to start his or her career path. You have a great chances to learn how architecture comes together and how efficient and practical you can design and work on great projects. There is plenty of room for people to grow with the company and further more to develop their skills, thinking and knowledge. The working conditions are good and fare. When there are submissions for competitions or deadlines of course there would be extra overtime hours, but this is part and comes with our profession. There are plenty of outside office events and team building activities organized from the office.

The IT server maintenance person could be scheduled to come to the office every week, instead once every two weeks.
