Pros
- A very diverse team with amazing gender representation. - Pretty decent internship experience. - The Company has been profiting decently during the pandemic. - Generally flat hierarchy. Everyone is accessible and friendly. - Autonomy and new initiatives are encouraged. - Startup vibe; freshers can impact critical parts of the company.
Cons
- Goalposts are changed too frequently. Rarely feel the joy of achievement. - Overtime and/or extra responsibilities are expected. It is the norm. - Paywise, this is a pay-lagger company with a sub-market salary package. - Staff don't last too long. The entire Customer Support team left this year. - Staff welfare is often thrown out the window. (Being fair founders work weekends too) - Company has poor management. Founders jump at every chance to make money without any foresight. - The team is too young. Almost no experienced staff member across all departments. Hiring is focused on entry-level/freshers.
