The dimly lit and calming music all the time can definitely be an adjustment in terms of staying energized at work.

Jalan and its entire team from the Owners to all staff embody what a "SPA" setting should be. My personal acronym for SPA is "Special Place of Awareness" - I believe Jalan offers everyone (employees/clients) to get into their own Special Place of Awareness -- the people at Jalan are very aware of why they are there and what their passion is. There is a lot of team work and a lot of care and compassion for each other and I feel that SPA attitude when I am with them - it is a very positive place to be as an employee and a client! Thank you Jalan!

Honestly no cons -- if you can get a job here -- you will be very happy and feel very rewarded and appreciated!
