- Low payment, below the average. - They lowball you when negotiating your salary. - Their annual evaluation called '360 Evaluation' is just their way to make very low or no raises. - Micromanagement. - Once a project finishes they mostly fire the people. - You have to provide 30 days' notice when leaving, but they don't give you any notice, and if your contract says they will give you, they don't do it aiming lack of performance from you. This is very unprofessional if not illegal. - My manager didn't support the team, the company says you can change from one project to another, but this is not true, once you want to change for any reason, valid or not, they will mark you with an X and you better look for another job. - There are cases where you enter the company as a middle-level engineer or mid-senior, but they will tell the client you are senior, this is very unprofessional. - I received a laptop from the company, but more than half of my team used their personal computers.
