Supervisors on power trips. Often times they underscheduled to save money but the team members were the ones to bear the brunt of that, particularly if you were new and could not perform as quickly. No matter how hard I worked, which the mangers remarked on, if I expressed not liking something, my hours would get cut. This makes for an inconsistent schedule.
