Pros
It is very easy to learn. It is a great first job, and a great introduction to beginning to learn about customer service, food service, and just practicing how to interact with people. The team members and leads are lovely.
Cons
The management is very poor. The company as a whole as little to no benefits. You cannot even get a free small smoothie if you're working a ten hour shift...
