Good company. Young airline a lot of growth opportunities for the company.

Company can be really good but bad managerial style from the senior managers. No union to speak on behave pilots especially in terms of work life balance and salary. Do not speak out and if you do you will not grow within the company. Salary below industry standard and no chance of getting better.
