      safety plans in the field

      Cons

      a lot of overtime, is good for hourly people but not for salary supervisors, supervisor do not get pay overtime after 50 hours, so hour people almost double they salary at end of the year.

      Remain in close proximity to home if in south Louisiana. Great pay. Wonderful people.
