Pros
I've worked with the James retail group for just over 8 months and can honestly say its a great place to work.
It's a family owned business and it's great to see the whole family working together, from the stores up.
Investments are being made to improve the technology, improving the working conditions and communications with employees. The senior leadership team are listening and show that they value all employees within the group.
There are other benefits such as work autonomy, staff discounts, benefit schemes and access to employee support programs.
Cons
Like any employer they don't get everything right but you can see conscious efforts are made to improve and grow.
