Amazing office culture, great presence of senior leadership who are always open to speak to colleagues, great colleagues and good amount of work flexibility
Cons
In recent year there has been an increase in middle management, bonus/pay rises limited to fixed structure, slowly showing cracks in the struggles with integrating acquisition into the company.
