A few very nice managers and creative employees (don't know why) . Good quality work, good equipment most of the time.

Revolving door because of the maniac owner. He is not a nice person at all. Frantic, angry, erratic. The name is his name and his original partner, who ran away screaming right away. The first review was right on target. He and a few of his managers (hard to tell if they have minds of their own) have these grandiose ideas, they hire people, the ideas don't work and then oh gosh, they're sorry, you are laid off. Any mistakes made by the creative team, he makes sure to blame on individual employees. He insults clients out in the field, they fire him, he has to send flowers and apologize. Business owner? 44i web design is part of JamesDugan. The rumor is he has changed the name of JamesDugan to hide inside 44i. He has made so many people mad he feels the need to hide.

High end video production makes working there interesting, challenging, and rewarding. Highly creative environment some of the time and the other employees are great to work with. Pay is fine for the market size.

The main boss is extremely difficult, creating a revolving door of people he likes for a minute and then doesn't. There is always an opening because he considers himself creative, but isn't, and micro manages creative work. Works good people to their breaking point, constantly asks for more, and never considers how that creative work gets done. Extreme mood swings and temper flare ups. Horrible working environment for any field but especially bad for a creative job.
