Pros
If you enter this business with little experience, a role at this company will offer the ability to learn new things (to an extent). Once your growth has plateaued (which will happen here early on) it is time to go. Benefits are not bad. Employees are hardworking, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Cons
No HR. No onboarding or training. Poor company culture. Inadequate work-life balance. Management will contact you (and expect a response) at all hours of the day or night. CEO has exhibited inappropriate language and behavior. This has occurred in person, through virtual communication, and in customer-facing settings. Leadership is dishonest. Senior management (likely the CEO) has created multiple higher-ranked Glassdoor reviews (I can attest that in the Summer of 2020, there were 0 employees willing to submit a 5-star review). If you are a woman or are a non-white person, run. A profane slur has been casually thrown around the office to describe a female colleague while she was not in the room. The CEO has been known to mock the accent of non-native English speakers.
