The managers do not care about the staff, put me on over 30 hours a week as a PART TIME worker trying to do a full time degree. Broke down to them numerous times over the number of hours I was given with absolutely nothing back from them. Final straw was when I needed 1 shift off to look after a seriously unwell family member and was told that it was my responsibility to find cover.
