Cons
I worked at Jane Win and found several aspects of my experience concerning. The CEO, in particular, often came across as disconnected and condescending. Her behavior suggested she viewed herself as superior to the rest of the team, which created a challenging work environment. This atmosphere trickled down, leading to a work environment that felt quite catty and competitive rather than collaborative. Additionally, employee compensation was below industry standards, which further contributed to a sense of undervaluation. I hope the company addresses these issues to improve.
