Pros
none, literally none. Any cons would overrun the pros, lest for the other suppressed colleagues around you with our silent camaraderie.
Cons
1. you're literally working in a fish market with high school kids as bosses, regardless of age and this includes HR too. 2. promises of shares, commission, and other monetary/financial benefits are near myth - it wasn't just me but other colleagues/friends experienced the same shortcomings on promises during the interview and meeting when signing the offer letter. Likewise for career progression, as you'd need to be within the lovingly dubbed "imperial clique" to be even considered of any progress and support in your job. It's literally lies abound sadly. 3. there's no clear direction and too much numbers fudging, to the point you start to wonder if it is even still within legal boundaries towards clients and counterparts.
