Pros
- Centrally located in "downtown Evans" - PCs are replaced/upgraded ever 3-4 years - Work is fairly constant - Most employees are kind and knowledgeable in their fields - Cake on birthdays
Cons
- Overtime & Saturday “workdays” without pay or time off (comp time) - Under-skilled or non-motivated managers - Highest yearly pay raise percentage doesn’t even match yearly inflation - Empty promises, don't take anybody's word unless it is in writing - No clear path for advancement/promotion within the company
