      excellent SMEs, terrific benefits, majority of "worker bees" are kind and well-intentioned

      Cons

      upper management/governance is a disaster/useless, new processes keep getting implemented with no warning; sharp uptick in "busy work", implimentation of "big pharma" process and attitutes everywhere; very inefficient, no one gets credit for their work except exec dir+, silo building starting

      Great comp, especially stock Remote-first Good people to work with, by and large, who seem dedicated to helping patients (in addition to financial success)

      At times understaffed, but contractors usually available to fill gaps Experience depends on your manager Elimination of roles due to frequent reorgs
