Great health benefit, vision and dental.
Cons
Very toxic work environment - no open door policy. The leadership does not want their team to take ownership, which makes the workplace not collaborative nor welcoming. There is no initiative to fix problems, change or improve the current process because they do not think it’s their role or they are too worried about the consequence of getting it wrong. No career development - it’s all about favoritism! Too much politics and micro management.
