Pros
The work culture is great. Regular socials and great time to bond with colleagues. For how much work you have to do the pay is way below market average pay and there's no sprper dtructure in place regarding the HR so you don't really know who and when to discuss issues or concerns with
Cons
Not even resources to work on tasks and some team members from the development team in the overseas office can be mean especially if you ask questions. They make you feel dumb. Not sure if it's as a result of their culture
