Pros
Good people, clean bathrooms/break room, convenience store onsite, overtime available, transparent business owners, quarterly meetings, free safety shoes, onsite gym, many shift options and wonderful HR team. Somewhat flexible business, get your stuff done with urgency and they usually take care of you when you need it.
Lots of precise and special processes and equipment to learn from and build elite skills! Support our troops and build ITAR/NADCAP experience.
Cons
Bare minimum safety standards, sloppy and in-efficient production lines, floor is lacking of active management and built-in industry standard quality assurance checks. (LOTS of room for improvement, modernization, and need tooling/efficiency improvements but we get by.)
Hard work doesn't always pay off, lack of competitive pay and raises leads many trained/skilled workers to move up and on from here with out notice.
