Pros
$100 a month for tech fee, any other lead gen places would be that price or more. Lots of free coffee, drinks, snacks, food. Jeff cook himself is an awsome and down to earth guy.
Cons
They have their favorites. They give out “agent of the month” rewards but it only rotates between the agents that have been there for quite a while. I’ve never seen a new agent get any recognition or reward for anything. Does not seem that any new agents stay here for more than a few months. Training is not really training they just give you an online program and send you on your way. They love talking about the culture they have but I didn’t see much of a culture unless you are one of the top producers or veteran agents. They make more of an effort to make sure the agents who aren’t producing as much know that they aren’t producing than they do on trying to have a culture. They have 2 mandatory meetings a month and only let you miss one per quarter and every meeting is the same thing “we’re not doing enough buisness so call the leads more!” Their splits are some of the worst in the area, even with personal leads they still take a heavy chunk out of it. Jeff sold out to LPT realty and is now just a huge team under LPT and not his own company anymore. They say they have 80k leads but it’s just phone numbers and names. Huge pay to play company they have so many fees from Jeff cook and lpt it’s hard to keep up with. For me it was a frustrating time working at this company and I’m glad I moved on when I did.
