      Great if you make it into the “inner” circle.

      Cons

      Too many politics, too many MDs who are over paid. Lots of Sr staff who generate 0 revenue but enjoy the benefits being in the “inner” circle. Others who never reach their target budget but are still paid a high salary.

      Not really anything bad to be said, everyone treated me with respect. Their attention to interns could be worked on.
