Pros
I think your expereince as an employee at Jefferson Wells varied widely depending on the office that you worked for. I worked for one of the larger offices and I was treated very well. I had the chance to work for clients on interesting work, and I loved the other consultants that I worked with as they were all very supportive. My local managaement was excellent and provided great career pathing.
Cons
The downside of working for Jefferson Wells has always been the model, which very unfairly compensated the business development managers and did not fairly compensate the professionals and delivery directors who often did most of the bsuiness development. Top management has always been overall quite poor and never had the trust of the field staff
