4yThanks for your constructive review. Let me take this opportunity as a fake anti- CEO to respond to you:
1. Torturing with resignation employees
Response: Yes, we don't relieve team members before they serve their entire notice period. This is part of the policy and sometimes it is a big turn-off for some team members. We have no intention to change the policy.
2. No policies
Response: Oh no, we do have policies some are good and some are being improved.
3. Increase NP of employees according to his needs
Response: 2 months is the standard for everyone and 3 months for really important one's. This is not a random policy.
4. Fire and higher policy
Response: Who can afford to run a software company with such a policy? It's a people-oriented business and hiring people to fire them will not serve any purpose.
5. Late appraisal
Response: That's a shock. No appraisals were delayed even during the pandemic. Are you sure that you were eligible for appraisals?
6. Bond after appraisal new policy introduced
Response: Give us a single name who was asked to serve the policy even if they resigned after taking the appraisal. There is none.
7. Management is really not good
Response: Please feel free to reach back to us and help us improve.
8. Anti ceo is really fake , please be a genuine and real person , calling yourself anti ceo will not make you good towards your employees , you shows your real face during peoples NP and resignation.
Response: Ha ha, I had to intervene in some cases and I must have asked you to serve your complete notice period. Apologies if you were expecting me to be nice all the time.
