      Cons

      When I worked here, it was a very toxic work environment. I got fired for not being a favorite. They have horrible training and they resemble the cast of mean girls. Don't work for this company unless you want emotional trauma for the rest of your life.

      The team is so nice! Everyone is supportive, good benefits, healthy pay raise, I love their holiday schedules as well. The company really cares about employees. And so many fun activities. Company is stably growing. Great showrooms and passionate retail team. Good customer reviews.

      Some softwares the company is using is a bit outdated. Some manual work and not that automated workflow.

      - attended NYBFW and a few fun photoshoots

      Cons

      Team was not welcoming at all; surface level nice for the first 10 min, then proceeds to ignore you the rest of the day (despite attempts of conversation or asking/begging for work & learning)
