Pros

- Not traditional KPI environment - management will work with you on your specific development needs and help you tailor your approach - Staff have been here for a long time compared to other agencies - Freedom to work in new markets should there be a business case to do so - Flexible working/ mature environment- consultants are trusted to work without micro-management. Hours are 9am-5:30pm but obviously consultants work longer when they need to - Free breakfast (cereal, fruit, toast etc...) - Company is always looking to improve and involve all level of Consultants in the future strategy - Marketing/ IT and Accounts are in same building making it easy to communicate rather than logging tickets - Train to Waterloo only 25mins making it easy to get to meetings

Cons

- Traffic can be bad sometimes (but still better than train) - No office pet :-)

Pros

There is only one management that is really good and wants to see you grow. However, he is a bit of a snake and fake behind your back. Compensation.

Cons

Retrenchment and company restructuring every 6 months. Not a stable environment. There is no career progression. They promise you the world and get nothing. Lies and deceit always. Never trust a word from them. If you not one of the favourites. There is a target on your back. Company is not doing well financially at all. The new management is disgusting and fake. They say one thing to your face and another in meetings. They act like they care and they do not. Promised a comm structure and never got one. The office culture is toxic. A lot of backstabbing and gossiping. The team itself is rude. All staff talk about each other and gossip and then acts nice to each others face. Nobody is happy at the company so people just moan and complain 24/7. Micromanagement from sales managers particularly the UK counterpart of the business.
