      -Great co-workers -laid back environment

      Cons

      -favoritism -no room for growth but can bounce around mid-level positions -boring, repetitive work -pay is way below competitive wages, especially for the area -horrible health insurance and bare minimal paid time off

      Pros

      Coworkers make it a great place to work. Upper management was supportive and knowledgeable. There is a lot of support and great folks with other departments if you ask. Nice facilities.
