Pros
• We're a fast growing company which means that there's tons of room for growth in the company if you're willing to put in the work.
• Stock in the company
• Empowerment - being able to make decisions and help our members.
• Attendance policy is what I would consider lenient. We're a call center and we need everyone to be at work so that we can help all of the members. They've adjusted the attendance policy as well to insure that we're heard.
• Snacks! We have snacks & drinks that are totally free.
• Referral program is available to give you a little bonus.
• Supervisors/Management is amazing and there to listen in my experience.
• Recognition is given and encouraged.
• Special events like Christmas parties, bring your kids to work day (with face painting, balloons, etc.), health and wellness day (massages, flu shots, etc), monthly cold stone to celebrate the birthdays, and much more.
Cons
Let's get real, it's customer service and some days are hard. But look at all the pros! I'm easily able to remain happy knowing that Jet has my back in what I'm doing.
