Pros
This is a very young and small company with laid back rules. The office is super casual and you will get to be very hands-on with their clients.
Cons
JetFuel has a myriad of issues that can only be helped by someone taking over and getting rid of upper management all together. The company is run by 2 inexperienced, immature guys and one of their dads. I'll start with the former. These 2 individuals lack the emotional and practical intelligence it takes to successfully manage and work with others, leading to an emotionally and verbally abusive work environment. One of these men is a tyrant and uses his "position of power" to degrade any workers that disagree with his viewpoint. He regularly will swear at you, scream in your face, and embarrass you in front of clients to try and make himself feel better. He feels the company should be run his way, or the highway yet his way entails directly ripping off other company's work or recycling his previous ideas over and over again. The other individual enables this poor behavior and has zero leadership skills. He will throw you into the flames without any direction and if you do not come out the other end successful, he will give you the silent treatment for weeks and fuel up his partner to become enraged. The latter of the aforementioned upper management is the biggest enabler of this awful behavior and environment. If you come to him with serious matters, he will tell you what you want to hear and do nothing to improve the situation, mostly because the focal problem is his son. He possesses a lot of valuable experience and past successes that, in theory, should help the company to mature but it appears that everything has become too personal for that to happen. Overall, JetFuel is defunct of any type of productive management/leadership. They constantly over-promise and under deliver and essentially have no client-retention. They make poor business decisions, and, most importantly, they do not value or respect any of their employees.
