Pros

Exposure to new aircraft, and the ability to gain experience quickly due to a demanding workload. There are good people on the team at the operational level who work hard and support each other. Leadership also places a strong emphasis on maintaining the company’s public image and reputation, including encouraging employees to share positive feedback externally on Google and Glassdoor.

Cons

There is little to no loyalty to employees, regardless of how much effort, time, or performance you bring to the company. You can give everything to this place and still be treated as completely replaceable the moment it becomes convenient. Leadership feels disconnected from the day-to-day operation, and decisions often seem reactive rather than well thought out. Communication is inconsistent, and expectations can change quickly without clear direction. There is also a noticeable lack of presence from top leadership. It is difficult to feel aligned with a company when leadership is rarely visible or engaged with the team, which contributes to the overall feeling that employees are just a number rather than valued contributors. The culture can shift quickly, and when things change, support from management is not guaranteed. Job security feels uncertain, and long-term commitment does not appear to be rewarded.

Pros

It is difficult to put into words how grateful for finding a career either Jet OUT. Coming from another wonderful workplace, it was difficult to leave the familiar but absolutely the best decision for my career. Out of the gate, I somehow already felt like I was at home. People immediately embraced me as one of their own, which shows a welcoming spirit. It was clear that management valued each hire for not only what their employees can do but who they are as human beings. They believe in their employees to do their jobs well. They allow people to innovate and encourage people to work as a team. There is an energy of joy and fraternity. The people who work there all share the grit and spirit; determined to make the business thrive. There is laughter and a general vibe of goodwill. People are allowed to be curious and ask questions. The job is challenging but feeds anyone who has entrepreneurial spirit. If you like challenges and problem solving, this is the place for you. It is literally the best career decision I have ever made. I consider myself truly blessed to be part of this team of incredible and gritty people working in this exciting, dynamic and innovative environment.

Cons

Being a newer business, there might not be always the tools to make the job easier or quicker. Sometimes the desire for perfection slows down the natural progression of improvement (it should be more incremental) I chalk that up to zeal for the aviation industry
