Pros

Jet OUT is an excellent workplace for those who thrive on autonomy and responsibility. Leadership places trust in their team, empowering employees to do the work they were hired to do—without micromanagement. The company operates at a fast pace, consistently provides the resources needed to succeed, and strategically adds talent as the business grows. Most importantly, management actively seeks and values feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. The result, in my opinion, is a genuinely positive and supportive company culture where people enjoy coming to work and feel connected to a shared mission.

Cons

Like many companies in a growth phase, a few operational areas are still evolving — some processes are being formalized, and communication between departments continues to improve.

Pros

Exposure to new aircraft, and the ability to gain experience quickly due to a demanding workload. There are good people on the team at the operational level who work hard and support each other. Leadership also places a strong emphasis on maintaining the company’s public image and reputation, including encouraging employees to share positive feedback externally on Google and Glassdoor.

Cons

There is little to no loyalty to employees, regardless of how much effort, time, or performance you bring to the company. You can give everything to this place and still be treated as completely replaceable the moment it becomes convenient. Leadership feels disconnected from the day-to-day operation, and decisions often seem reactive rather than well thought out. Communication is inconsistent, and expectations can change quickly without clear direction. There is also a noticeable lack of presence from top leadership. It is difficult to feel aligned with a company when leadership is rarely visible or engaged with the team, which contributes to the overall feeling that employees are just a number rather than valued contributors. The culture can shift quickly, and when things change, support from management is not guaranteed. Job security feels uncertain, and long-term commitment does not appear to be rewarded.
